In the U.S.A. If you accept credit cards, you are responsible for the product until it is in the hands of the customer. We can say we are not all we want. But when it comes to charge backs for product not delivered, the customer will always win.

The only way to win on delivery issues is to use a trackable signature service for all deliveries.
