Error: Category has Products! When this can be done temporarily to build your Categories ... Categories hold either Products or Categories but never both!
So what happens if you keep it like this and why can't there be categories where there are products?

It is how Zen Cart is coded and indexes the categories/products

If you have both categories and products mixed at the same level, you will have problems putting products on sale, and you will have odd navigation problems, such as the products not showing up when that category is listed, since the subcategories override them, etc.
In short, don't mix them and you won't have a problem..
