Short version - does Zencart offer a paid, direct support?


(Long version - I really am not very good at coding and don't really understand the questions I am supposed to ask to get to the answers :)

does Zencart offer a paid, direct support?

Short answer? No. We support the software via this free forum. There is also a large FAQ/tutorials section and a Wiki.

However, if you are in need of paid assistance you can post in the commercial help wanted section - Warning - get references, don't pay for stuff in advance.
