    Default Safe to del the content in "email_archive" table?

    Hi all,

    Since each daily backup of the MySQL by using phpmyadmin not take long time, then I do some search of find which table taked the size.

    I finded "email_archive" this table, and go inside to see what content in it. I see the Welcome Letter and Order Confirm etc e-mail letter to customers.

    I am wonder do I can safe to del them all to save the space of the Database?

    You can delete the email-archive history anytime you like.
    You can also turn off the archiving so that the table stays empty ... Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Archiving

    There is also an Email Archive Manager contribution in the downloads area, which helps read and purge entries from the email archive.
