Text in the Shipping estimator

Hello,
I wanted to change the text in the Shipping Estimator and I was able to do it (more then XXX items please contact us) and now I have a Rate of 0.00 Euro.

But if I keep going on with the check out I can still buy what I want at the cost of 0.00 Euro.

Is it there a way to block a customer of doing that when the new text appears?

Looks like it's working now, so you must have backed out the text change.

Maybe you could post the code of the file you changed, with the changes.

Can't really tell anything otherwise.

Thank u for your replay but I think I haven't well explain my problem.
I didn't touch any part of the code, I only added this:
"Over 5 Items please contact us for a better deal on shipping prices"
At this point the costumer is supposed to contact the shop.
But I found out that if I want I can go on with the checkout and buy more then 5 items with no shipping cost (only the price of the items).
If it is not clear you can login (I will delete your account) and see what I mean.
My question is: Is there a way to "prevent" the costumer to have the possibility of getting the merchandise at cost "0.00" (zero) that means to prevent him to continue the operations of checking out?

Is that a way too that if the shipping is = 0.00 it doesn't not appear in the Shipping estimator?
