Adding custom Tracking code into footer?

I need to add some custom code into one of my sites. It's some tracking software and is below:

var woopra_id = 'XXXXXXXXX';
</script>
<script src="http://static.woopra.com/js/woopra.js"></script>

I want to put it in the bottom of my cart, just below the </body> - but not sure how, if possible, or which file to tweak.

The closing body tag is in the common/tpl_main_page.php template file.

Woopra is indeed very good.

I have a slight problem in that my zencart site is set not to allow anybody to view pages until their registration has been approved so at the minute Woopra just shows visits as far as the index page. However I greckon there must be a way to get round this as the zencart 'whosonline' feature shows visits around the site. So my questionis how could I integrate Woopra to show page by page visits even though the access to the site is restricetd to those vistors who have registered.
