Header in CSS- different in different browsers

I was wondering if someone could help me with some of my CSS. I have been doing it in Safari and today I got on another computer and visited the site in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

In Internet Explorer the header does not show up at all. In firefax, it over laps the main container. In Safari is continues to show the top nav bar and then the header.

I just want the header with a transparent background so you can see the wallpaper. I don't want that top nav bar at all. Can someone take a look at my css and see what isup?

Where have you defined the div "navHead"

What Zen Cart file did you place it in?
