underline links in center column only

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to underline the links in the center column only? Some of our customers can't tell that there are links to click on in the center column but I don't want the links in the sideboxes to be underlined

I probably should have mentioned that I want links to show up underlined on pages like the kites category, which has many subcategories in it that are not underlined
