Order displaying problem

Hello

Please help me. i have problem in zencart admin side. There no product orders are displayed which is purchased through paypal. Can anyone give any advice for this problem. And another one issue. The order number is not displaying in checkout success page after purchasing through paypal. Also please give advise for this problem. Its very urgent.:(
