View larger image shows thumbnail

I am working with several Zen Cart sites that use the same products and images. The trouble I have with with the View Larger Image on 1 of the sites, which shows the thumbnail size of the image. All the other sites show the full larger image.

There is only 1 image for a product, and the Calculate Resize works correctly to display the thumbnails in all places (Product listing, Specials, etc).

Other notes to save on your responses:
1. ALL sites have the same version of ZEN Cart.
2. I have a standard PHP script that loads the Configuration data for each site, and the only differences are Customer-data related (ie. all display settings are identical).
3. ALL the sites pull the images from a central location to save space on each site and provide centralized maintenance of product data.

My question is... Is there a configuration setting I'm missing on this 1 site? I've done comparisons of the different sites and haven't found anything different, so I am completely confused as to why one site works differently.

I am open to ANY and ALL suggestions on where to look.

Are you using image handler? That could help you out some with your images...it may not be your problem but if your not using it i am sure it owuld save you a bunch of time.
