PHP Content Troubleshooting

I have tried my best to find the answers to these two questions before posting this thread, but have no more time. If anyone can help with these 2 issues I would really appreciate it.

1. On the "Discount Coupons" Page the text from the Define Pages Editor Text does not show up in IE, you can see it in Safari, and Firefox but it is just white space in IE. The text IS there, you can highlight the white space with the cursor and then it appears. The colour of the text is set to black, but it still does not appear in IE...what is up with this? Is it just a glitch....

2. More importantly, after installing the Gift Certifcate Module a FAQ button is created under the Important Link sidebox to direct you to GV FAQ's. However when you click on the link it takes you to the gv_faq.php page but only displays the redemption box at the bottom of the page. There is no content and no hypertext links. Strangely though if you edit gv_faq.php all of the required links and content are in the file, but it only displays the last 3 or 4 lines of code...what is going on...how might I fix this issue?
