Is there a way to define, that prices are shown with taxes for given currencies? Example; if GBP is chosen, prices should be displayed with taxes, but if another currency is chosen, the prices should be listed without taxes?

Not at the present time, no.
It's probably not wise to base taxes on currencies anyway, since tax laws are typically based on geographic regions, not on currencies.
You're better off using the zone definitions for tax calculations, in my opinion..
