My shipping requriments are as follows:

I want Free shipping on all items sold to uk and Ireland

£1.99 Postage on small items within europe and £15.99 on large items

£3.99 postage on small items to the rest of the world and no option to purchase large items outside europe.

Ive been tryin got set this up through the zone rates module to do this and come across some problems so far.

Ive put my First zone as GB,IE and the shipping table at 0:10000 so that shipping is free on all items, but i dont like that in the checkout when the shippig cost is displayed it comes up as 'Zone Rates (The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time) : £0.00' To combant this i installed the free shipper module so that customers see, but now customers are given two shipping options when buying although they are both £0.00. Basically here i need to have 'free shipping' as the only option so it lookes much tidier and im not sure how i can do this.

For the second zone, im not sure how i can include all the countries of europe. do i need to type in all the countries i want to includes 2 letter codes or is there an easier way to encompass all of europe as a zone. Also is there an index of all the countires codes i can look at?

when it gets to the third zone i have no idea how i can set it so only smaller items (under a certain weight) are avalible.


Im stuggling with this and any help is greatly apprecitated. If you need me to provide any further details that might be important please let me know. Please let me know if you think i am on the right track and this zone rates moudle is all i will need.
