One time CC processing?

Is there a way to bill a credit card just a couple of times without setting up a merchant account somewhere?

I had offline processing enabled on my site but had no gateway save paypal, who denied me virtual terminal services, which I wasn't expecting...

Authorize.net and the other competitors are crazy expensive, especially if I just need to use it once or twice.

Ideas?


I know this is probably a crazy idea...but is there someone/some business I could pay to process these two cards for me?

This is part of doing business and I do not believe that another can do this for you within the rules set by the CC providers
