Ask A Question Email Problems

Hello,

I installed the Ask A Question module after downloading it and while it appears to be working, there are two problems ---- 1) in Configuration>E-Mail Options, these settings: Allow Guest To Ask A Product Question ...Ask A Question Email To: ... Ask A Question Name To ... are not showing up and also upon testing out the Ask A Question feature, the email is supposedly sent, but I can't track it down... I think that having the settings show up in Admin is the first step to take in correcting this, but don't kknow how to make that happen. I also have a general problem with emails not being received from the site, so that might be influencing this problem (I'm about to write another post about that). The configuration options you mentioned were used only on a previous version of the mod.

The current version no longer uses them, so when installing the new version, it's normal that they don't show up.

The problem with your emails not working in general is likely to be the problem behind the mod not working.

The new version of the mod uses the email addresses from contact us; as Steven mentioned, the other settings have been deleted.
