We occasionally have customers who want to have their purchases shipped 'FedEx Collect'. Our standard shipping method is UPS.
Is there a way to configure our shopping cart to waive the default shipping charges so they are not added into the total at checkout for these customers?
Could a 'Pricing Group' be created that would provide the 'free shipping' option for 'FedEx Collect' customers?
