No HTML-editor in Admin

Don't know if this is the right sub-forum.

I have the latest version of both Zen-Cart and the Swedish language add-on. But I have a problem: If I set "Define language" to "Swedish" the text area (in Admin/Catalog/Categories and Product) for Swedish text is missing the html control panel (bold, italic, so on). The text area for English text is alright.

If I set Define language to "English" both text areas is alright. Is it a setting I have missed?

For some unknown reason the problem solved itself :)
