Default site switching to test mode

    Hi All,

I am a very much a novice here, so I apologise if this sounds like a daft question!

Our site has been up and running for approximately four months. I only have access to the admin control panel, any changes that can't be made in this control panel I email the web development company and they change.

About a week ago our site mysteriously changed to test mode, which meant the orders in this week no money was recieved for them (through nochex). I know this is something that cna be controlled by the admin panel, but I haven't even been into that area before, and I was wondering, before I send an outraged email to the web development company for making changes wihtout notifying me, that this can change automatically for any reason???

    Many thanks

    Clare

If you can get access to the actual database - there is a table "admin_activity_log" that records admin activity, like what & when settings are changed

Or there's an addon in the downloads area that will let you view the activity log right from inside your admin: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=1030
