red flag Invalid HTTP Header error with Paypal express

I searched for any previous posts about this, but found nothing recent or applicable.
I am using PayPal express with my site which is going to go live soon.

    www.zellerdesigns.com

After I go thru the steps of ordering, log into paypal then click Pay Now within PP, it brings me back to the Step 1 of 3 on the ZenCart and shows the following error in a red box:

"We were not able to process your order. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (Invalid HTTP Header)"

    Any advice?

    thanks

    You're also getting these errors:
We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account in this store is presently misconfigured to use mixed sandbox and live settings. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002)
... which means your API Signature settings aren't correct for the mode you're operating in (Live vs Sandbox).

It also suggests you're using an older version of Zen Cart ... If you're using v1.3.7, have you patched it? http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56216

No, I am not getting that error as part of my orig issue. You only saw that because I took off the Paypal express option and had it added back but with nothing configured. You must have looked at it while I was working on it.

Right now I just have it set to Check payment because the site must go live tomorrow, and I can't have Paypal setup but not working.

I am running 1.3.7 so I will try to add that patch if you think that might help.

Should I patch it still if we assume that the issue with the API sig and sadbox v live was intentional and my actual issue is the INVALID HTTP HEADER message?

    Does the patch address that?

    thanks

If you're using 1.3.7 without the patch, and not using 1.3.7.1, then it would be foolish to not apply the patch. You can see in the thread I linked above that there were numerous fixes build and posted over 6 months. The cumulative collection of fixes is included in the last post of the thread. I'm not going to speculate about whether the patch fixes that particular issue or not. Apply the patch and test.
I'm surprised that you're only testing all this the day before launching the store, but I guess sometimes things happen that way.

I had it all working once before on a seperate test cart, and on that one the customers could pay without using or creating a paypal account.

Now I can't get that functionality to work and this error happens, so something isn''t the same and that is the challenge to figure out.

This isn't a major launch or anything... just a site for my wife's sewing, and she gave out a bunch of cards tonight at a meeting, so she is just pushing me to get it all ready for real orders.

I'll try to get those patches on soon and see what happens.

    thanks
