Checkout Abandonment Stats

Is there a way within the Admin section or DB to check the abandonment rate for customers? PayPal has contacted me about a store and upgrading the PP account to decrease checkout abandonment. This is not my store, just one I help administer, so I am not sure what sort of numbers I am even looking at with this store.

Is there anything I can use, a tool perhaps, to check these rates? Is there a mod perhaps?

There's nothing built in to Zenacrt. A lot of people here use Google Analytics, which can be added. There's a thread here:

Thanks, I saw another thread that mentioned that and was going to look into it.

I'll have this person create a GA account and go from there.
