Manufacturer "MIA"

I am working on a site for a client and there is one manufacturer that will not display when searched. I have tried deleting and re-adding manufacturer with no luck. The products are all there and if I move a product to a different manufacturer it shows. The products will not come up via the pull-down menu in Nav bar or via the search function, but if I only type the first 3 letters and go through all the other products they are there. It only happens with this one manufacturer. Help please as I have been looking at this for a week and can not figure it out.

Sometimes it helps to be dyslexic ... you see breaks in patterns and such and begin to wonder is it me? Or is something else moofy here ...
