Stupid Question

Hey, kind of stupid question, but i cant really figure out the download system.
Where is catalog > Option Name Manager? Oo im from norway so i got everything translated to Norwegian. Its kind of hard to follow the English guides.

In your Zen Cart Admin you will see the menu bar ...

On the Menu Bar, one of the menu titles is: Catalog

Mouse over that and you will see a submenu appear and on that list is the: Option Name Manager

I came all the way to the point where i should type the location of the file on the server. I just find server name, picture, price etc, but not where to put in the link.
Any help would be appreciated.
