Problem with Products Page when Adding New Items

I have removed old items and am now adding new items to my website. I noticed that the "Prev Listing Next" button, the "Add to Cart" button, and the "Tell a Friend" button on the product page of each of the new items I have added are all shifted to the right.

When I look at the product page on any of the existing old items, it looks just fine like it should. Only the new items are messed up. Please take a look so you can see what I am talking about.

Go to the bottom to Wicks and Scents>Sunrise Creek Candles (this is a new category with new items in it.) Select any of the items here to see what it is doing with new items on the product page.

Now go to any of the categories and items above Wicks and Scents and click on a product to see what it should look like.

Even when I add new items to old categories I get the same unexpected result on the product page. To see this go to Wicks and Scents>All Occasion Candles and once on the product page select the next button. I believe that 3 of them are new items and the rest are old.

I am scared to change anything because I don't want to mess up the items that are displaying properly. Can anyone give me a clue as to why this is happening and how I can fix this for my new items?

I either missed a difference as I see a similar product description glitch and it appears to be a table for the description...

By default, this is only in a div with no table but you have a table defined???

Why? and or what Zen Cart version is this?

I am using version 1.3.7. I did not add a table. I do not know enough about PHP to add a table or define one.

If you tell me what to take out I will get it done.

I would guess that the table has been added while creating the product description
are you using the html editor?

Yes, I am going into the category and then adding a product. I type in the description in the html editor on that page. I have been looking at this also and you are right, that is how the table is getting in there. How do I make it stop doing that?

Just to see, I went back to the first product in my new category that this has happened to and edited the description. I removed all of the code that pertained to the table and that fixed the problem. For the few products I have added, I can fix them the same way.

Do you think this something I am just going to have to deal with or do you have a suggestion to make it stop putting the desciption in a table? If I could turn it off for good, I would like to.

Regardless if you have a suggestion or not, I really appreciate you sticking with me and figuring it out. I'm out of panic mode at least.

I have never seen where a table is added for this by default - there is in this editor a table icon but it should not add one by default

I have been copying the descriptions from an Excel spreadsheet. It is possible that something in the spreadsheet is making this happen. In the future I will type them in myself or try to format the spreadsheet so this doesn't happen.

I haven't evere done that but could well be the issue as a spread sheet is tabled of sorts...

Place your descriptions in a "PLAIN TEXT" editor like Notepad
