Need attributes to have quantity boxes.. Ideas?

I saw this on another site powered by zencart and it is EXACTLY what i need.
Here is what the box looks like next to the add to cart button on the site:


How do i make that on my site? I sell poker chips, and i need this for the denominations so i dont have to add 10 products for every one style chip.

I have very little to give, until my store does well. I was laid off due to "cut backs" and am using this store for primary income now.
