Telephone Sale

ive just installed the recover cart sales mod so i can contact people who have not checkout items in shopping carts.

duing these relys some customers have been people who have added items to carts then signed up and called me to ask for advice and informaton. we have then taken payment over the phone via cart.

problem with this is that the cart is left un checked out. so here is my question. whats the best way around this?

how can i check people out as an admin as a telephone sale? i dont have a telephone sale option on the check out, just protx and cheque option.

can i change the name of the cheque option to read checque/telephone order??

so customers can checkout like this then selves.

or is there a way that only me, or my other admins, can put there sale though as a telephone sale. ie create a telephone sale mod that only allows the admin team to select??

any help would be greatful.

Download the master password (or encrypted master password) contribution.
Login as them.
Complete the order.

if i o this would there be a way to have a telephone order payment method option to complete the sale??

could this option only be available to me as the admin??

would this master password work for both me admin 1 and my other members of the admin team??

As swguy mentioned, that mod allows you to login as any customer, using your master password. So if you take an order over the phone, you would just log in to your site using that customer's email address and your master password, and place the order as though you were him.

In the case of the encrypted master password mod, only those who knew the password could use it.
