attibute add problem

I have searched and have found reference to this issue after adding Improved attributes controlled modual, but I have not added that modual.

I do have supperorders
lightbox
zahoo and google feeder
Image handler
and others

This is what I get when I add a attribute:

1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:
[insert into zen_products_attributes values (0, '37', '2', '4', '0', '+', '0', '1', '0', '+', '0', '0', '1', '', '1', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '', '', '0', '0', '0', '0', '1')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I have read that I may have an extra field added by some module. What fields should be in the zen_products_attributes?
