Can I make something other than "cheapest" be the default shipping rate?

I dont want the cheapest to be selected by default, as the chepeast method of shipping is Free flat rate and it is not recommended. I prefer people to take other mehtod which is DHL (table) . How can invert the cheapset to expensve ? I think cheapest() is a finction declared somewhere, would like to use the opposite if anyoen can please help

There is "cheapest" function in "shipping" class.
You probably can change the function or add a new function to the class and use it...

What market are you in? Why would it make sense to suggest that the customer pay the most expensive choice?
