I only want to offer the COD option to my customers when they choose UPS and shipping not USPS, is this possible? The box is showing for both companies. Any help? Thanks guys

Shipping modules and payment modules are generally treated independently in Zen Cart. However, you could hack the main payment module - the one that controls the selected payment modules - to suppress COD when USPS has been selected.
