Sorry if this is a repeat, have searched for an hour now. I have my shipping set up using UPSXML and it applies our rates, but doesn't seem to apply the discount that we receive when we ship 200 lbs or more (its a %30 discount). This discount would apply when the customer buys 12 or more boxes. All I have found is how to discount the price of the product when purchased in certain quantities. I would like to discount the SHIPPING, not the price of the product.
Is this possible?
