returning customers getting fatal error

This is the type of error returning customers are getting:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/coordina/public_html/shop/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 165

Any help would be appreciated!

I am getting basically the exact same error.

Fatal Error: Maximun execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/*****/public_html/zencart/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 177

Also, the line number changes randomly each time they get the error AND I no longer am receiving emails from my storefront when new customers sign up or orders are placed.......


please tell me someone out there has a clue what can be causing this.......

If your site has been running without issue and you have no changes, have you checked with your hosting site to see if they might be aware of a problem such as a change on the server that you are not aware of?
