who's online issue

I don't recall changing anything lately to my shop, but lately when I have a customer online I can see she has an active cart with things on it, but I cannot see what she has on it. I remember I was able to see what was in the cart.
Any ideas?

You should be able to see the customer's cart by clicking on that customer and it will show on the right ...

Have you changed anything on the whos_online.php file?

I'm also having this issue, how was this resolved please? I have reuploaded the whos_online.php file and still no right side box that shows me cart contents like in 1.3.7

Check your file:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

The line:

  define('STORE_SESSIONS', ''); 

to read:

  define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'db'); 

See if that doesn't now show ...

WARNING: this will break the sessions of anyone online so you might want to wait until it is quiet ...

That was it, thanks Ajeh! My includes/config was fine... but my admin one was set to file system storage vs database :)
