Dependant Drop Down Module for priced by attributes

We are a printing company in the process of building an online store. We have done great utilizing the wiki for tracking down modules that we are in need of adding to our site until now. What we are trying to accomplish is a module that will allow us to have "dedicated" or "dependant" drop down menus. The easiest way for me to describe what it is we are trying to do is for you to go to printrunner.com and click on a product - you will then see an "instant pricing" sidebar and notice how the drop down menus are all dependant on the option previously selected ... this is what we are wanting to accomplish (and it is going to be utilized for the pricing tool so the prices will have to stay consistent and follow through while utilizing sales and going to the shopping cart). The catch here is that the module has to be built so that we can add/modify or edit products without having to call the coder back in - aka an admin side module. Shouldn't be too difficult to accomplish what we are looking for if you are an experienced PHP/MySQL coder - the way zen cart is formatted is quite simple.

Now i've searched high and low for something like this on the forum and the only thing I found that was even close to doing this was the stock by attributes - there are two problems with that working on our site - 1) it doesn't work correctly with the price updater which we for sure need and 2) we are not selling things by stock. Please someone help or lead me to a place where you may know someone/something that CAN help. Thanks!!

Zen Cart or any other open source cart does not support dependant attributes
Adding code to do so is a major task and why you do not see it as a module

This is the last part of the site that we are lacking - i'm willing to give my first born child to get this done!!! please - i realize it might not be MADE to do this - but is there anyone out there that CAN do this?!? :)
