Uploading different inages in prodcut detail page

Hello
I am new to this so hopefully this doesnt sound like a dumb question. I had a web designer build my site and I am uploading the images but I cant seem to figure out how to uplaod images to the prodcut detail page. I own a tee shirt company and I want the image of the design on the home page and the image of the design on a shirt on the product page. I have both images already sized in Photo shop. When I uplaod the image of the design to the home page, it automatically shows the same image on the product detail page. Can someone tell me how I can upload the image of the shirt to the product detail page? Thank you
