checkout payment page blank

I am working on my new template. For some strange reason when I get to stage 2, checkout payment section I get a blank completely white page. What can be causing this?

first of all I did search the FAQ, but couldn't find the what I was looking for.

I apologize for my tone, just trying to get the template up and running. All I had to do was re-upload the google checkout mod, now everything is working.
