For the past week I've had issues with the shipping module. It is VERY SLOW loading quotes. I run both USPS and UPS. If I turn off USPS with just UPS on, it's much faster. I have 1.3.7 with all the patches including the 5/12 patch (though I don't do int'l shipping anyway).

I emailed USPS icustomercare to ask if there were any known issues or if they had any ideas, and they told me "You will need to contact your 3rd party shopping cart for your request."

My host said it was probably just traffic/interference between servers.

Is anyone else having a slowness issue? Any ideas?
