Hi all,
Can anyone please teach me how to change the default green title bar to other colors for categories, reviews, information, respective sidebars. Thanks.

It appears you are using the Classic template.
The green bars are the tile_back.gif.
Just create a new tile_back.gif the color you want and upload to the templates/custom/images folder.
Are you following the override system? Doing so will save you TONS of grief later if you decide to upgrade.
