Advanced Stats Mod

Hi

Is there support thread for the Advanced Stats Mod? I have download the file from downloads, but i am having a few troubles with it, it is not showing up in the admin section.

Thanks for the reply, however I can't get the pages to work from the link in the discussion forum, so there is no help there. I can get so far with the installation process, but then get stuck. I have configured the config files as best I can, but still getting error messages.

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Does this mean that root and localhost are not correct in the config file? What else might this be?

I have entered my password and database name correctly, so that just leaves localhost and root.

Do you have the stats mod installed or do you know anyone who does, may you can help?

PS just a thought, I am using version 1.38a and this mod was for 1.37. should this work on my version?

Sorry I don't use this mod. I use Supertracker myself. Easy installation and compatible with 1.3.8a.

I have downloaded the superstats from the downloads, but it says I have to also download the geoIP.dat from a website, I have done that but can't unzip the file, I haven't got WinZip or anything like that so how can I get this going? Any Ideas?

Just got it all sorted thanks, I downloaded the software and extracted the files. All uploaded and working now. All I need now is some customers - LOL!
