Setting order status: Downloadable objects

Why can't you then just set the Payment Modules to Delivered and be done with it?

That would allow them for immediate release and complete the order ...

Ok that works great! Obviously I misunderstood your post earlier to say that such an auto mode or release would require customization.

Not a problem ... glad that the solution to change the Orders Status in the Payment Module was able to resolve automatic release of the Downloads when the order is completed ...

I am unsure if my question is the same or if i did the right thing for solving it.

I set the "pending NOtification Status" to Delivered
and the "order Status" also to Delivered
since all my products are downloadable.

Is that the right thing to do?

No ... the "pending notification status" should be left at "pending" unless you want people to be able to download without paying.

Where is the 'pending notification status' flag? I do not see it in the Auth.net AIM setup.

The order status pulldown is available in the payment module's settings if you click the Edit button.
