i have description showing up in product listing, but not on Product info

Quick little question. I have no product description showing.

I'm using 1.3.8 for the first time. I installed the cherry zen template and customized this layout.

i have description showing up in product listing, but not on Product info. I want this switched around.

I'm also a little confused with the image sizes. when i click on show large image, the popup is blank. But as I close the popup, the image flashes very quickly and the popup closes.

Am I missing something? I know it's the weekend and 30C outside, but really, my brain is not fried.

I have one more question, the site template was originally set up to use add to cart button, but now got replaced with contact us. how can i change this back? I know my way around zen pretty well, but can't seem to find the silly switch.
