I'd like to set an attribute for one product. I have set option name and option value, but when i choose one item and insert the option name and option value, there was a problem happened. There are some indications on screen like this:

"1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:

Please what is the problem? Any help would be highly appreciated.
