I have added a rounded corner image at the bottom directly under the bottom nav bar. I need the background color not to show in this section (the site Legal info section).
How do I accomplish this?

are you referring to the cream-colored banner with the butterfly on it? Can't you re-upload the image as a transparent gif or png?

Try moving the blue background color from #mainWrapper to #contentMainWrapper.

That change will also eliminate the need for the #headerWrapper background image mimicking the body background.
