Default X-SpamScore in header of confirmation e-mails

    Hi,
I'm testing the sending of confirmation e-mails from a ZC store I'm still configuring.

The e-mail that goes to the customer, when I look at the headers in my e-mail program, has the entry named "X-SpamScore", with a value of "6". This is very high, and causes it to go into my spam folder. Now, I could disable this, but the point is, this isn't spam, it's an order confirmation. If I have this problem when testing, then real customers will have this problem as well.

What causes this value to be so high, and do I have any control over it?

The rest of your spam headers (or all headers in general) would be required in order to determine what is specifically causing *your* emails to be treated as possible spam by *your* email server.

It can be caused by things like the server you're sending from being blacklisted due to abuse by others on the same server, or by disliked email addresses, or based on content containing bad words (this is unlikely unless you've changed the message content), amongst other things. And *every* hosting server's configuration is different, based on the whims and level of experience (or not) of the server administrator.

Since your mailserver (run by your hosting company) only sends you a "score", and not the reasons behind that score, you'll have to ask *them* what the specific rules are that are causing the score to be so high.
Some hosts actually have all the rules and their results listed in the headers ... yours doesn't. As such, it's impossible to tell what is specifically causing the high score in your case.
