Hi All,
We are having a strange payment issue. We are using Linkpoint and have had a customer call us to say that he couldn't place an order because it said his credit card was denied. We have tried placing orders ourselves and have had two cards denied and three that went through with no problem.
Does this sound like a ZenCart issue or a Linkpoint issue?
Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

If you check the reason for the decline, it may be easier to determine where the problem really lies. If you've got "Enable Database Storage" turned on in your Linkpoint module, then you should be able to see all the transaction details in Admin->Customers->Credit Card Review
