shopping cart wont show up.

I got int a little argument with pay pal about a prior account and they turned my pay pal pro off.

No big deal but the problem I have now it at first the pay pal said pending si I decided to go to linkpoint.

I deleted the pay pal from the module and added linkpoint. Linkpoint shows as pending and where the shopping cart was is now a contact us link.
Well i decided to see if the problem was the install or me. I cleared the whole module threw the zencart module thing. and I loaded the CC check out cart where it stores the CC number and you put it in threw a manual terminal.

Well it still show contact us and there is no cart an the pay pal logo is still on the bottom. Has anyone ever had that problem. It s like Pay pal some how locked the site so I cant use anything else.

It has been down a week and I am losing money and dont know how to fix the problem

admin > config > My Store > Store Status > should be "0"
