Gift Certificates problem after upgrading

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8a and today noticed our gift certificates are being sent to customers with raw code, the body of the gift certificate just has:

$EMAIL_FIRST_NAME $EMAIL_LAST_NAME
$GV_WORTH $GV_AMOUNT
$GV_REDEEM
$GV_CODE_URL

This is when we use the 'Mail Gift Certificate' feature from the admin.

Have never had this problem before and all other automatic emails seem fine?

That means you've probably made an error in your upgrade when merging the updates to the /admin/gv_mail.php file and/or the /includes/functions_email.php file and/or the /email/email_template_gv_mail.html file.
