Product quantity change in database?

We recently converted from a different shopping cart to zen cart. All of the products in zen cart are showing sold out. They will never be sold out as they are made to order when purchased. Is there a way to go through the database and change ALL product quantities to a high number so we can get zen cart open soon? We are still using the old cart and it is not functioning properly. Changing over 1000 products manually would take days to complete.
I was hoping there would be a simple method that would update them all at once.. can anyone suggest anything?

Check the options in admin > config > stock

Thanks, but I dont see in there where I can update the -7 and so on of each product quantity to a large number so that the sold out button is not visible to customers. Do I not have it set correctly? We dont need to use inventory/stock control at all.

Check stock level false
Subtract stock false
Allow Checkout true
Mark product out of stock false
Stock Re-order level 5
Products status in Catalog when out of stock should be set to 0
Show Sold Out Image in place of Add to Cart 1
Product Quantity Decimals 0
Show Shopping Cart - Delete Checkboxes or Delete Button 3
Show Shopping Cart - Update Cart Button Location 3
