Installing an SSL Cert is something your Hoster should be doing; and most do it free of charge.

A quick search in the FAQ area for "SSL" brings up this article on enabling SSL support inside Zen Cart: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=14
But if you're asking how to upgrade your hosting account to have SSL support, that's something you're best to ask your hosting company directly..
