Listing Product Differently?

I have my site almost ready to go however I dont like the way it is showing the list of products. It shows them in a really long list is there anyway to make them into rows and columns?

Also is there a way to eliminate the "NEW Products for June"? Right now every product I have added shows up in the list and the list is a mile long.

For columns/rows get the column/grid module from the downloads section

For new check admin settings

To turn off

admin > config > index listing > Show New Products on Main Page - Category with SubCategories > st to "0"

Almost fixed.... I got the new product listing gone. However I downloaded the Columns and Rows mod and installed it but my site isn't picking it up or something. This is my link maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong?

Did you follow ALL the instructions and apply the SQL patch?

Then in admin > config > product listing > set to columns > amd how many per row

It may be you don't have room to show two or more products side-by-side.

It may also be your template.
