Have you tried using the Tutorials/FAQ link at top of this page?

Some good information but no matter, as with anything new you still have a learning curve ahead of you.

Unless you tried to set it up differently, all downloads are in the customer's account history, after purchase. On the Checkout Success screen, the default text informs the customer that they can access their virtual products within their account. Zen Cart does not direct the screen there automatically... the customer must view their download in their account. You could probably set it to re-direct the browser to the account history with custom coding, or figure out a way of bringing in code to call up purchase information on the checkout screen.

Normally, how it works, though... is the customer clicks on "My Account" or "Order History"... They will "View" the order, and then will see downloadable products listed by file name, file size, the expiration date, how many more attempts the customer is allowed, and the download button.
