I have a site which sells gift baskets. Each Gift Basket Category has 3 types of Gift Baskets:
1. $50 Gift Baskets
2. $75 Gift Baskets
3. $100 Gift Baskets

I want to set up Zone Shipping. Basically East Coast states in one zone, central states in the second zone and west coast states in the third zone.

But I'd like to set up different shipping fees by gift basket price within each zone. Example:
$50.00 Gift Basket in zone 1 = 14.75
$75.00 Gift Basket in zone 1 = 16.75
$100.00 Gift Basket in zone 1 = $18.75

Can this be done? And if so, are there any patient Zenners out there who could walk a Newbie thru how to set this Shipping Scenario up?
